Based on the fact that there are more than 2x the number of absentees and SC's general fast growing population, I would not be surprised if turnout hit 800.000 today.

SC voter registration increased from 2.2 Mio. in 2008 to around 2.6 in 2012 and now stands at 2.98 million.
