How can Obama's approval rating be above 30% right now?

Naso, the spending bill is very small, and inadequate.  Many more such bills will be necessary before any end will be made to the depression.

Now, whether the average dumb voter understands this is debateable.  Certainly though the point is well made that this bill is very small compared to the wasteful Bush tax giveaways.
