As for the GOP, it shall not make significant inroads into the swarthier communities, since the choice is either/or - you can either be the part of the whites, or the party of the not-whites+the-small-minority-of-whites-who-don't-care-about-race.  In other words I don't see the parties switching positions completely on race.
