How many democratic nations were there in 1980...

How many are there today?

That's your criteria of whether someone is a good president?  Why should anyone, much less an american voter, care about whether their are 'democracies'? 

I for one dislike them.

But it is really hilarious to call either Reagan or Clinton 'the greatest' at anything.  Maybe Reagan could be fairly termed 'the greatest at destroying America'.

Of course FDR and LBJ were the greatest presidents of all time (none before the 20th century were any good).  But out of context they were still horrible.
