Hasn’t Biden usually been above 30, though?

Could just be variance, or could be a trend, we’ll see.

No.  Of the five national polls that preceded this one, he was in the 30s in two of them, and in the high 20s in the other three.  29% is right in line with his polling average.


Okay. So he’s floating around 30.

Clearly a good position to be in, but not unreachable at all.
