The electoral map is this.

George W. Bush gets 294 electoral votes and is inaugurated as President. However, because Barbara is also from Texas, the Texas electors can't vote for her and so scatter among various Bush relatives, leaving her with 262 to Gore's 244. The Senate votes for Gore over Bush 54-46.
Thus, we get Bush/Gore in the White House.
