There is nothing immoral with getting sterilized or taking other actions designed to prevent oneself from having children, and then lying about it in a relationship to someone who wants children.

The inverse is of course still immoral though.

Going from the standpoint of which Presidential candidate is the morally correct option, and which Presidential candidate is the morally incorrect option, the 2020 election is at the very top of the list when it comes to how clear the contrast was.

I fully believe that politicians in office, in the secrecy of the ballot booth, often refuse to vote for their own parties nominees for other offices, especially for Presidential races, or even vote for the other parties nominees, way more often than they would ever admit to doing.

Saving Democracy in the US fundamentally requires a decision be made that the currently existing voting and  legislative systems in the country are fundamentally illegitimate and in need of repairs from outside of the system, since options to save democracy from within said system have exhausted themselves and disappeared and said system has us headed on a path towards a right-wing dictatorship.

The existence of some type of Democratic backsliding as we are seeing today was inevitable from the moment that a heavily malapportioned nation legislative chamber was approved into the US Constitution in 1787, and then not challenged and removed at any point.

That sex and reproduction are inherently connected in biology instead of reproduction being inherently its own thing that people can control independently leads to suboptimal human happiness in a lot of cases, and should be treated as an example of the unintelligent design aspect of arguments against Gods existence.

If I were ever raped, and there was a resulting rape pregnancy that ended in anything other than an abortion, I would definitely want that to be treated as an aggravating factor to the criminal act, with the criminal sentence accordingly being longer than it otherwise would have been. And I think all applicable rape victims should have the right to demand that this be the case if desired.
