75 miles per hour is just a normal highway. Honestly just get rid of that part entirely and keep the other sections. Building more fast highways is going to counteract the climate benefit anyway.

Depends on the area honestly. Highest speed limit where I live is 70.
There's nothing special about it though. New infrastructure isn't needed to have a speed limit of 75.
