Top 10:
8 Democrats, 2 Republicans

Bottom 10:
3 Democrats, 7 Republicans.


The 2 Republicans in the top 10 are Collins and Snowe, who hardly count.

2 of the 3 Democrats in the bottom 10 are from NJ, and deserve the poor approval just because of their state.
