Obama can't afford anything less than having this one called for him the moment the polls close.

The networks probably won't do that, even if it is a blowout.

Agreed, they want to keep viewers in for as long as possible.

Any idea how these counties break down?

I heard Charleston might help Edwards.

That seems to indicate to me Clinton will have difficulty breaking 30%

Good for Edwards, perhaps?

If Obama gets above 20% of the white vote then I think we'll be o.k.

They are doing strengths in the states for the candidates:

Obama: Should do well in the area's around Columbia, Charleston and Myrtle Beach, and the area's in between them. He also should do well in the southern part of the state by the coast.

Clinton: Should do well along the Atlantic Coast line.

Edwards: Strengths in Northern part of the state, in Spartanbug too.

Personally I love Pat Buchanan. He should be given his own TV show or Senate seat.

Ever heard of Buchanan and Press?

After all the money Hillary has spent in SC, I doubt it.

Actually Edwards has spent the most money in SC

I was just tweaking the Clintonistas who are now claiming FL>SC in terms of importance.

That speech effectively turned my mom from a Hillary backer to Obama supporter. Take one away from Clinton's core constituency.

Alas, Michigan already voted.

I know...but at least she won't be giving any more money to her.

Isn't it kind of sad that the Democrats had much higher vote totals in South Carolina?

Yes. Republicans can't even win turnout in their core states. Pathetic.
