Skeptical about Konfederacja being that low but there could have been a last-minute flight to PiS.

Some fun numbers: according to the exit polls PIS is the fifth (!) most popular party in the 18-29 year old category.
Wow. The 60+ category had the lowest turnout. Quite a degree of difference from most Western countries.
