No doubt Harris/Brown was the hope for 2020, and it will probably be the hope for 2024 as well. Wildcard of course is Brown's Senate seat which will be up that same cycle.

If Andy Beshear is re-elected, there's a strong case for him, but two former AG's on the ticket could cause some problems. Ditto Roy Cooper.

Mark Kelly will, presumably, have survived back-to-back Senate elections in what are likely to be two very different cycles. A good possibility.

Harris/Bullock would be an excellent ticket if Bullock wins, though I see some Democrats opposing vacating that seat and filling it with an appointee so close to when it is back in cycle. Ditto Cunningham.

I'd personally really like it to be Julian Castro.
