At this point, it doesn't even matter to me whether or not Biden is guilty (in terms of how it affects my vote); the fact that his campaign, with his apparent approval, has decided to target her character as a way of discrediting her, places him beyond the pale to me. I have far too much experience with the effects of sexual assault on loved ones to ever tolerate such despicable behavior. Either come out and present your case how you are innocent or admit your guilt and apologize (as Averroes said, that decision should be based on the facts), but don't engage in this awful tactic that has been used for centuries to discredit, silence, and intimidate the millions upon millions of victims. And especially don't do it while talking out the other side of your mouth about how much you value women and SA victims and human rights.

You're putting effort into smearing and attacking a survivor of sexual assault for a man who is on camera being creepy to hundreds of women. Just remember that. Tara is telling the truth, and those smearing her will have to live with the fact that they attack survivors when it's not politically convenient for them.

If my friend told me somebody raped them I wouldn't forget until she conveniently called me to remind me (plant false memories). Especially if the rapist was a heartbeat away from the presidency for eight years. But go off.

Trump admitted to sexual assault on tape. Trump had 20 something accusers, many of which asked him to be deposed, EJ Carroll has asked him to submit DNA to compare to the DNA on her dress from her rape in the 90's. Biden has never said anything like "grab them by the pussy" on tape and his one accuser has been grasping at straws, calling people up before they "corroborate" her story (which has changed several times), and tweeting "timing.... tic toc" in response to a tweet about Biden and Sanders. It's a bunch of BS.

A very tangential question:
The UoD records are "currently sealed until two years after Biden leaves public life". 
But didn't Biden "leave public life" in 2017?  Why weren't they unsealed in 2019? 
If he didn't "leave public life" in 2019, what exactly constitutes the official date that someone "leaves public life"?

The records will be available no sooner than the later date of December 31, 2019, or two years after the donor retires from public life.

You need to read Biden's letter more closely. It acknowledges that Reade's records are with the Senate and not in the archives.
