It's a given that he would have. I really wish I could see what an Adkins statewide win would've looked like, because he surely would've won by a higher margin than Beshear. He could've even won more than 70% of the vote in Elliott.
Adkins might've done worse in the Cinciburbs and Oldham County though as well as Louisville, but overall I think Adkins would make up for it across the rurals in the rest of the state to win by around 5.
