The Muslim.

Balls are balls.  They are usually men's balls, they might sometimes be women's balls.  But balls they so are.  And no one should be forced to touch balls.

Why couldn't Carruthers send a man to wax that man's legs? It's on them for being short-staffed. Also, they need to think about hiring those who are capable of waxing legs of the opposite sex if need be. That should have been an important part of the hiring process. What they did would be akin to hiring a devout Jew in a bacon shop.

This is just how pc we have become...

...If you affirm a trans person's identity, all their "parts" belong to the gender of which they identify.  That's not being PC, that's just not being an asshole.

Christ.  I'm one of the least PC people here.

Thank you for this. Phrases like "they might sometimes be women's balls" serve to create deep, fundamental cognitive dissonance in the minds of all but the most ardent identitarian true believers. The absurdity of the whole thing really comes into focus when you're confronted with a statement like that.

There's quite a few differences but I'll shock you and say I don't really give a sh**t if bakers refuse to provide cakes for gay weddings. Let the gay couples give their money to someone non-bigoted.

That is shocking, but I agree with your logic. The law as it is basically keeps prejudiced people in business by forcing them to engage in fair practices. If they really want to cut out a portion of their consumer base and possibly be boycotted, I don't see why we should be stopping them.
