Well, after a quick research, I looked into this and it seems that the current penalty for federal prison escapes is 5 years, and can be shorter under certain circumstances (I think crimes made by minors?)

I have absolutely no idea how the US / Atlasia work on this kind of stuff), so I will still vote for this even if it is not a great bill by now.
