Only ones that self-righteously rail against government spending. It's one thing to live on government money. It's quite another to moan endlessly about spending at the same time.
He refuses to accept Medicare or any type of government funds as payment, though if a patient can't pay any other way he'll often do the service for a reduced fee or free.
He's a member of congress and still has time for his day job? Wow.
