1 Annex Meixco to fix the problem of it being poor. They can't run things on their own competently.

2 Yes we should limit immigration to skilled workers/those with money(like Canada's policy of giving green cards) from the first/second worlds for the most part. We don't need much if any non-skilled immigrants(except for some to keep wages down and tp prevent unions from getting uppity) and those we do get we can get from MExico and the carib rim. We don't need to allow in any africans, arabs, indians, malays, turks.
