Although I would not support Luther Strange or Rick Saccone against a democrat under normal circumstances, I actually like them a lot as people, and find a lot of their policies a lot more bearable than 95% of Republicans out there.

I love the idea of redecorating air force one.

I could hold Roy Moore under 70% in Catahoula Parish Louisiana. Also I would do better in Jackson County AL than Jones.

Pitbull owners should be ashamed of themselves and the entire breeds should be be either euthanized or bred out, or a combo of both.

Uneducated dog haters should be ashamed of themselves.
I'd say they should be bred out of existence, but if we are being honest, no one will ever want to breed with them anyway, so it'll already happen.

Imo pitbulls are filthy wretches, sorry.

I guarantee you are significantly more of one than my dogs, and most of the forum can agree.

Look I get we have different opinions and the forum would agree with you, but I hope you at least see a human life more valuable than that of a dog’s, I’ll leave it at that.

I have two dogs, it's just kind of sad how a lot of people here would put their dog's lives over a person's. I love my dogs, but besides for the worst of the worst of people, I always would put a person's life over either of my dog's, including every person on this forum. Humans are more valuable than any animal, those are just my values. Of course the broken clock is right twice a day, but that's my generally rule of thumb. One of the most terrifying moments of my life was when a half pit got on top of me, it did not attack or anything, but I never felt closer to death.

So you hate an entire breed over the actions of a (most likely) poorly bred mutt that didn't actually harm you?

I almost lost my left leg because of a dog attack, but unlike you, rather than hate something I didn't know, I educated myself and ended up with dogs that I would be willing to do anything to ensure that they live happy, healthy lives.

I am going to take the skills I have learned from an anger management crash course, and just say that I'm glad that you have found your peace and I hope that you stay healthy and safe because pits are borderline crazy evil and you really need to be conscience of being in a safe environment when in proximity with them frequently.

Also I just think I have a different set of values for animals. I would not do everything for my dogs, and though I care about them, I still hold them as sub-human, and have inherently less value than us, and so I would not place them above hardly any human in terms of doing what's best for one or the other.

I'd like to think I'm not alone on this forum in saying that dogs > you.

Unfortunately you are probably right. I think the world is messed up enough where substantial amounts of people would value a dog or another animals life over a human, just sad to think about.... oh well, guess you gotta make peace with the things you can't control and then try and move on.

Good day and still wish the best.

Anyway, all life is valuable, and killing things to eat their flesh is f**ked. Especially considering that the food produced by raising animals to slaughter is significantly less than they have to be fed.

Yeah I actully agree with this that many stock animals are quite inefficient in the global agricultural and cattle sector. Also, they pollute a lot.

Rick Scott was a decent governor before he got mired in the national scene of partisan mudslinging. I am not a giant fan of his politics, but if I knew him, he seems like a person I could be really good friends with, and I think he is a good man that means well for Florida. That said, I am disappointed at the way he has been acting and things he has been pushing lately, he is better than that. Still, out of all the new GOP senator-elects to emerge from this cycle, he is by far the best. That also said, I would still almost never vote for him or support him in a GE. But I did take the song Shots by lmfao, and I changed around the lyrics to make them more appropriate, and dedicated the song to Rick Scott.

Here it is:

I voted Scott!

If you've never voted Scott ladies and gentleman
Get ready to vote Rick Scott
Go do it, right now!
GOP
You know it
Ron too
All of the republicans
Where you at
Let's vote

When Scott walks into town
All eyes on him
With the GOP too
Votes fall like leaves
We like Rick Scott
We love Patronis
We came to vote Rick Scott
Florida it's on

Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Everybody

Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Everybody

Let me see you vote for him

The Dinos love us
When we got Rick Scott
They need an excuse
to vote unlike their pops

We came to vote Scott
How 'bout you?
Ballots up
Let's go round three

Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Everybody

Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Scott Scott Scott Scott Scott
Everybody

If you ain't voting Scott get the heck outta town
If you ain't talking Scott get the heck outta town
If you ain't come for the Grand Old Party get the heck outta town
Now where my republicans let me see your ballots up

Who you voting for?
Rick Scott
Ron DeSantis
Jeanette Nunez
Not Sean Shaw
Jimmy Patronis
Richard Lynn Scott
Screw everybody else
Get me some ballots

Scott

Patronis on the ballot and I'm ready for Rick Scott
The Dinos come around every time we're talking Scott
Their ballots for our party every time we're talking Scott
So ballots in the air, everybody for Rick Scott.

If you've voted Scott put your ballots in the air
And if you're gonna vote Scott put your ballots in the air
Now say, "I voted Scott!" (I voted Scott)
I voted Scott (I voted Scott)
I'm gonna vote Scott (I'm gonna vote Scott)
I'm gonna vote Scott (I'm gonna vote Scott)

Scott

Patronis on the ballot and I'm ready for Rick Scott
The Dinos come around every time we're talking Scott
Their ballots for our party every time we're talking Scott
So ballots in the air, everybody for Rick Scott.

I voted Scott
let's vote

A gun buyback program would basically be like a massive ransom payment out of taxpayer money, and we should simply confiscate guns without compensation to avoid the ethical dilemma.

I agree.

If Trump wins reelection in 2020, I think the democrat against Cruz would be slightly favored in 2024.

How is that bad or unpopular? If anything, they'd be more than slightly favored.

I had several people in rl tell me that I’m insane for thinking that, so I thought it would be bold.

Rick Scott and Susan Collins are far better than any of the "moderate" northeastern gop governors that Atlas loves for some reason.

Why? Charlie Baker and Phil Scott didn't oversee the biggest Medicare fraud of all time or flood their states with toxic algae by loosening environmental regulations.

The algae thing is not all his fault and I think that he is just a good man who got caught up with the wrong crowd regarding the medicare deal. Also they don't hide who they are.
