Lean R, but this race has the potential to become competitive. A Heitkamp ad/campaign appearance certainly wouldn’t hurt, and Tester's mega coattails should give a boost to Sutton's chances.
Interesting, do Tester's mega coattails make ID/WY competitive as well? I wonder if Unbeatable Titan Dean Heller's mega coattails will sink Newsom in California...
NV also borders ID though, so Tester's mega coattails are cancelled out by Heller's. So when the coattails cancel each other out does ID go back to Safe R or toss-up???
