Def Texas, even though it's part of the South and has a big religious factor.

The reason why I say this is because in TX, non-voters are disproportionately younger, disproportionately people of color, and disproportionately live in urban centers.

"Socially right but culturally left", as opposed to

Florida feels like a state that largely leans liberal on many issues but votes R for cultural reasons, a particularly competent state R party, a particularly incompetent state D party, and turnout dynamics being favorable to Rs.
