Sun and Moon timeline realignment, with black voters outside the New South trending hard R and Asian voters in the New South becoming more D than elsewhere in the mainland US.

That and/or the Democratic Party becomes a paid off political arm of Coca-Cola, hence liberaltarian, pro-soda ban CA and NY voting R.
