Due to the rise of Nazis and Stalinism, the police state in Authoritarian govts keep the underprivileged with guns; as a result, 4 assasinated civil rights leaders: JFK; King, RFK and X were gunned down by the police state.

However, since 9-1-1, as a result of, minoritoes, blacks and Latinos are even more weary of police state. Due to Dubya's coziness with Bin Laden
