You still are failing to realize that socially conservative does not always equal theocratic or pro-religious right. You have the state with the highest per capita rate of strip clubs in the country listed as a theocracy. Also the Dakotas' alcohol and gambling laws are far more lax than Minnesota's, especially South Dakota. You'd never see that in Mississippi.

Mississippi is one of the biggest gambling states in the country. They have casinos all over the state. They also have privately run liquor stores, unlike many states.
