Well what would you like to hear about? Having to wipe up dead flies in the dining area the other day, cleaning literally everything with bleach, rampant sexual harassment, or...?
I don't doubt that working at a fast food place sucks, but cleaning doesn't sound so bad. In cleaning my home, I come across dead insects from time to time. Not a wonderful moment, but not the end of the world either. If the pay were reasonable (which is certainly isn't), I think it would be a reasonably decent job for a young person, much more comparable to waiting tables, which I have done. Most olds, however, would still lack the stamina to be on their feet all day and move quickly. I also would think the deep fryer and grill would be a greater source of concern. I knew a guy way back in the day who worked at a fried chicken place after school and on weekends, and he would frequently get small grease burns all over his hands from the oil splashing, which even thinking about now, more than a dozen years later, sounds so incredibly miserable.

It does seem that most prostitution prohibitionist sentiment comes from a desire to control women's sexual choices. Many years ago, there was also an anti syphilis angle but you don't hear so much about that in recent decades.

Why?
I have no idea why prudes want to control female sexuality. I suspect they get a sense of pleasure out of controlling others, but I don't claim to understand these types of people. As long as it's between consenting adults, I don't care much who sleeps with whom and for what reasons.

Some of it probably does come from that. Others are appalled by the exploitation of  (and often, violence against)  women (especially underage and/or poor women) through coercion, intimidation, and threats-hardly a "choice" for many of those women.
How does the legal prohibition stop any of this? The sex slavery you describe is often a result of the prohibition. Prohibition keeps men in control of women and their sexuality, which is my entire point.

Never would work it. I don't have the kind of energy to bust my balls for minimum wage.

and people call me an elitist?

It's not necessarily elitist to point out that a lot of people simply can't work that hard for so little in return.

such people must not need the money then.

i work in fast food.   the pay is low obviously.  but it isnt exactly back breaking labor.  in fact, the work is simple for the most part.  mind numbing yes...but not particularly hard.

Good lord man, what do you think your betters do?  Their work is infinitely easier - sitting at desks making phone calls and that sort of thing.  Heck the ones at the top never even go to an office, you all just serve them as they jet from luxury hotel to luxury hotel.
He's not comparing himself to his betters. He's comparing himself to other serfs who must endure more physical toils in order to prevent starvation. May as well look on the bright side. It beats singing Swing Low, Sweet Chariot

Although your feet may get tired, standing is good for you. We all sit far too much for our own good.
