I don't brush as often as I should, but when I do go all out I floss first, brush second, rinse third. Most of the time, I'm lucky if I even brush.
Ewwww. Hygiene please. And don't think people don't notice and judge. Dude I work with clearly never washes his hair. Not even an aspiring hippie. Just a gross middle-aged manga nerd. Please, please, please brush your teeth every morning. It only takes a minute, Far less time than your morning Bible study. I think you'll find it equally refreshing. And I'm gonna go out on a limb and presume you don't go to a dentist regularly either. Go at least once a year. Preventative medicine is far better than dentures.
