Four years ago, when he was on Obama's shortlist for Scalia's seat, I read that Sriniviasan has a strong commitment to the concept of being objective when deciding cases. If that's true - if he says that what he belives in and if the people who know him would confirm that's a trait of his - then I would be very impressed if Biden actually does appoint him.
