Fascinating to imagine what decisions this Court could have made after 2005 (and especially after 2018 with Kennedy being replaced by Kagan)

The Supreme Court if Hillary had won in 2008:
The Justices as of inauguration day 2017:

Chief Justice: John Roberts (appointed by George W. Bush)
Associate Justice: Clarence Thomas (Appointed by George H.W Bush)
Associate Justice: Samuel Alito (Appointed by George W. Bush)
Associate Justice: Anthony Kennedy (Appointed by Ronald Reagan)
Associate Justice: Sonia Sotomayor (Appointed by Hillary Clinton, replaces David Souter)
Associate Justice: Merrick Garland (Appointed by Hillary Clinton, replaces John Paul Stevens)
Associate Justice: Brian Sandoval (Appointed by Hillary Clinton, replaces Antonin Scalia)

What about Ginsburg and Breyer? I'm guessing they're still on the Court in 2017?
