You mean those 200,000 registrations that don't match SSN's?
It's not SSNs, it's any character that appears in the name or address, including that of "Joe the Plumber" whose name is misspelled in some state records.
It could be one or both or a total address mismatch. That is why they should be examined, but well, the SOS just lacks the motivation for some unknown reason. I suspect some of those voters are fraudulent. And then we have those 12 Rhodes scholars from Oxford who moved to Columbus for six weeks into one apartment (does that pack job violate some municipal ordiance?). But hey, maybe that is legal. Maybe they are all dropping out.
