It is hard to evaluate a map when one cannot see the county lines. But the main thing that would off-put many people, is that your Eastern Shore CD crosses the bay to take in Calvert County, where there are no bridge or ferry connections whatsoever. In some states, I think it is illegal to do that. And it is certainly against the Muon2 rules.
