Well are lack of knowledge/industry experience would lead us to becoming virtually dependent on lobbyists. Have you ever tried reading Dodd-Frank?

Our posters just need to get as obsessive at reading complex legal texts, as they are at drawing maps, and all will be good. Our posters may have unusual personality traits, as a generalization, but they tend to be quite smart. I could give seminars. Tongue

Muon2 as part of our endless back and forth on crafting a model code to exorcise gerrymandering, get into it sometimes when it comes to crafting legal text, if and when we ever come to an agreement on something. It's really rather tricky to get it right, particularly when a host of fine distinctions are in play as to carving out a host of different categories.
