So is the Feds' war on dispensaries in California now over too? I mean, it is inconvenient when dispensaries keep getting shut down and having to reopen, so one has to keep track of their location, like that of a traveling salesman. It just isn't very consumer friendly now is it? And isn't the government rather short on funds right now to be spending money on this sort thing?

Yes, and when one goes into the shops, one is referred to as a "patient," and the cute chicks behind the counter (they are almost all cute chicks - which reminds me that I need to check out some dispensaries in West Hollywood), with tattoos and metal accoutrements stuck in their face or nose or tongue, are characterized as "care givers." The bud of course is referred to as "medicine." It is all very compassionate.
