I have largely weaned myself off cheese, except of course for feta cheese, which I suspect is a substance consumed by the Gods.
Ha ha....this Greek boy is not a big fan of feta........especially in any form where it's cooked with something, nor do I like it chunked up on a salad. I don't mind a hunk on a cracker but that's it.
Cheese in general........love it.
Try downing a shot of ouzo, then munch on a bit of feta, then another shot of ouzo, and repeat as needed. That is my "recipe" for you for today.
