Russia, Netherlands, France,  Spain, Hungary, Rumania, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden,  Belgium, Swiss,  Greece, Italy, Morocco, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, India, Thailand, China, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Guatamalia, Honduras, Nicauragua, San Salvador, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Mongolia, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Africa, Egypt, Palestine, Israel, Syria, Armenia, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Ceylon (Shi Lanka), Serbia, Korea, and well, I am tired now.

It might be more useful for me to try to think of the countries I haven't met someone from to my knowledge, and then subtract that from the total number of countries.
