Isn't it the position of the Russian government that an attack on Transnistria is an attack on Russia? I'm not sure Section 4 is a good idea.
Well given how Russia cares about self-determination of countries IRL and given how we all know who would win if a war breaks out, i'm willing to bet they'll back down.
Transnistria is already a violation of the self determination and integrity of a country, and we've seen what their intentions with those proxy states in Ukraine already. It's best to swiftly deal with them. It should be considered de facto invasion already.
In this case, the safety of the Moldovans are at stake.
