Trump is set to speak, and is likely planning to prematurely declare himself the winner of the race when there are several million outstanding votes still out in several critical states.

At this point, all signs are pointing towards a Biden victory. NE-02, Wisconsin, and Michigan are in his column, and apparently Arizona too. Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and North Carolina are still unresolved.
