It didn't reach 2k yet no - I just figured I'd retire it anyway since it was almost there. I figured since SMF is picky about removing/splitting the first post of a thread, that your post would stay at the top no matter what, but it didn't, and now it won't let me move KingSweden's post, since it's the new first post

The DCCC evaluates their candidates too much based on how much money raised. It's why they're shunned many Berniecrats but since Bryce, by virtue of running against the Speaker, can raise cash by grassroots more easily and get the DCCC's full support easily.

Having a moderate candidate only takes you so far in a bad mid term. Sure it helps but it’s not a life saver. Ask the Blue Dogs in 2010.

That’s great that these two candidates are getting some help, but I’m still waiting on NE-02.

FWIW the CPC has endorsed Kara Eastman so I wouldn't be surprised if the DCCC adds her to the red to blue list soon.

No, given you have to apply to join the Blue Dog Caucus (perhaps because that gives you easy access to corporate cash) and he hasn't been endorsed by them I don't think when they've endorsed guys like Jeff Van Drew and Ben McAdams.
