I will accept that amendment as friendly, unless people want a vote.

I interpret this as an acceptance of Marokai Blue's amendment as friendly with no objections. I will now open a final vote.

There is a final vote on the following amendment to the Constitution. Voting shall last up to a week. Six votes are needed for passage. Please vote aye, nay, or abstain.

Also, for the record, I support this bill and consider it to be on of the few possible avenues of success in anti-zombie legislation.

Given that this has been changed into a Constitutional Amendment, does it not require 7 votes, not 6?
