2 blocks from a Subway (subshop).
2 blocks from the local hospital.
3 blocks from a McDonalds.
3 blocks from my dry cleaner.
3 blocks from the subway station.
4 blocks from a Checkers.
6 blocks from my grocery store/pharmacy.

No book stores office supply stores unfortunately.

And unless you're a hoodlum, like J.J., you better be armed and have a bullet proof vest on in his section of Philly.  J.J. is one scary somebeach.

Holy fuck you guys all need to move to the city. I can't even count the number of restaurants in walking distance from my place.

You wouldn't last 10 minutes in J.J.'s neighborhood.
