Try twenty years younger...age is probably part of the reason why Biden didn't run in 2016, and why he won't run in 2020.
I think Jerry himself said he would have run in 2016 if he were ten years younger. (Given his history with Bill Clinton, I have to think he would not have bowed out for Clinton and would have taken the lion's share of Sanders' voters in the primary.) I think the same is probably true of 2020. Regardless, if he thought he was too old in 2016, he'll clearly feel the same way in 2020.
