It's something almost all student did, especially in internet age
Speak for yourself.
Academic plagiarism is just about the worst thing you can do at uni. We allowed far-right political marches; near-nude mud wrestling, and even beer bongs - only plagiarism would get you kicked out.
I'm not talking about what is allowed, but about what is actually often done. I'm sure also in Australia.
It might be often done, but it is severely punished whe a culprit is caught. I am talking as a prof: I've caught enough of your kind.
