Also, I think that calling Israel an "apartheid state" is rather disingenuous. Israeli Arabs have equal rights and protections as Israeli Jews, and from what I remember most polling has them wanting to remain in Israel rather than joining a hypothetical Palestinian state.

In fact, when disgusting organizations such as BDS punish all Israeli citizens, they punish Arabs, too. Even just boycotting products made in the settlements is a move that hurts a big amount of Palestinians who work in factories in the West Bank where both Jews and Arabs work.
The BDS, with its collective punishment and flaming hate for Israel, doesn't promote a peaceful resolution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. All it promotes, in the end, is throwing the Jews into the water.
That is why I'm glad Biss threw Rosa from his ticket- he comes off as undecisive, yes, but it shows that the opposition to the BDS in America is still strong.

Honestly, the only thing that will make me root for a Democrat here is Obama jumping in (any of the two)... Which will obviously not happen, so Rauner it is.

Ouch!  If I were Rauner, I'd hold my fire until after JB has won the primary.  He might not make it at this point.  Progressives are turning on him.

Yeah, what the hell is he doing? He should wait until JB is the nominee, and then blast him with these ads. This could be a gamechanger, but instead he seems to be trying to get Biss or Kennedy as his opponent?

Honestly, if I didn't know that conservatives love ruining it for themselves I'd think that Ives is some sort of Democratic plant. Not only does she refuse to support Rauner, but she won't even call him to concede, because she expects him (the winner) to call her (the loser). I mean, Christ, how pathetically petty, or just not-very-bright, can you be?
