I would have so much fun if Biden ended up 5th. He'll probably do well in rural low educated areas, esp. near the Missouri border.

in st. Petersburg. Biden not viable but good luck swaying some Warren and Sanders supporters to your camp. This will be a Klobuchar vs Buttigieg contest in St. Petersburg

I would be insanely nervous if i was a Biden supporter, but I think his strength is in rural non-college educated areas with older people. Klobuchar doing very well in these satellite caucuses bodes well for her (future) chances. Klobuchar might be the surprise of tonight. But Klobuchar / Buttigieg and Biden splitting the moderate vote would be awesome. None of the top 5 are dropping out, except for Biden maybe if this trend continues in such a dramatic way, which obviously won't happen. These are wealthy retirees. Biden doesn't need them.

Yes, but Des Moines caucus, Paris caucus, and all is not where Biden has to score. I think Biden does well in southern rural Iowa. It's not a great start though and it might convince other Iowans not to caucus for Biden last-minute if they're watching. It just looks a bit grim for Biden but we have to wait.

The one thing i'll remember is the good start for Klobuchar which i wasn't expecting. We will see where she ends, but if the trend continues, she might be viable at most places. I mean she's sweeping in Florida caucuses, who had thought that. Would she do the same in Arizona or in wealthy suburbs, the north of Iowa. We will see.

CNN interviewed 2 Pete people and 1 Biden supporter. The Biden supporter had Klobuchar as 2nd option. One of the Pete supporters had Sanders as 2nd option.

It's very early but I don't see Biden winning this. Buttigieg, Warren and Sanders could all win it, but I would bet on ButtiPete. Klobuchar and Biden going for fourth place?

Biden supporters in Des Moines’s 41st tried to get to viability on second round and gave up. Precinct captain freed them to join other candidates.

He's certainly doing terrible in cities, suburbs and college towns

I don't believe it's rigged. It's just a delay. Calm down. I'm a Bernie supporter, and i'm sure this is handled fairly. But what we see is that a caucus is something of the past, and that IA should move towards a primary. That's a fair conclusion to draw.
