Any surprises or stand outs?

Nordics (sans one country) are unified behind one character, so are the Balts. But not Benelux.
Interesting.
EDIT: Also, Portugal being an honorary Slavic country continues.

Portugal is Slavic on everything but geography tbh. The language? Sounds Slavic. The attitudes on life? Slavic af. Some of the buildings? Gives Poland vibes. I am fully convinced Portugal is secretly a colony of Eastern and Central Europeans who wanted somewhere a bit sunnier.


Anyways the lack of a Herbert country is sad. Truly the best character who makes you smile everytime.

Don't forget the economy. And wages. Well, yeah, pretty much everything.
