Nordics (sans one country) are unified behind one character, so are the Balts. But not Benelux.
Interesting.
EDIT: Also, Portugal being an honorary Slavic country continues.

This is so random but it's hilarious. Quagmire I guess fits the Mediterranean stereotype, the others I'm not sure about. I'm glad Ukraine and Russia can agree on something.

No love for Mort the Pharmacist?    Sad!

I'd watch a Mort spin-off show.  (I thought the Cleveland Show was great, too)

Portugal is Slavic on everything but geography tbh. The language? Sounds Slavic. The attitudes on life? Slavic af. Some of the buildings? Gives Poland vibes. I am fully convinced Portugal is secretly a colony of Eastern and Central Europeans who wanted somewhere a bit sunnier.

Anyways the lack of a Herbert country is sad. Truly the best character who makes you smile everytime.

Don't forget the economy. And wages. Well, yeah, pretty much everything. Grin Grin

The problem with Herbert is he's a one-joke character. Family Guy handles one-joke characters better than most shows by managing to branch out from that one joke (see Quagmire) or evolving greatly (Meg for example is no longer treated as a mocked punching bag, mostly because fans didn't really find the way she was abused that funny after too long so she regularly gets wins now, and Stewie is no longer obsessed with world domination or killing Lois) but Herbert hasn't.

The real disappointment although not a surprising one to me is the lack of Sneakers O'Toole.

Wait, what?

You're the first person I've ever seen express that opinion.

What would your reaction had been if Ireland's favourite character was Sneakers?

Probably the only thing I agree with you on. The Sneakers O’Toole sketch was very random and funny.

Probably indicates a low sample size which means few viewers there which wouldn't surprise me. I can totally see Irish freaking out and being triggered by stuff like this:

not really, fishing nation liking veteran pirate turned fisherman who is a complete salty sea-dog parody makes perfect sense.

He's still a gag character for the most part. Also, I just noticed Adam West (RIP) is popular in Georgia for some reason.

It's because in neighboring Turkey there is a province called "Batman".

It’s a funny joke every time. I am a simple man, I see Herbert I laugh. Why change a good thing?

Also you get Sneakers O’Toole was a throwaway gag, not a character right?

I wish they did the same map for the Simpsons, and wondered if Groundskeeper Willie would be #1 in Scotland (my favorite Simpsons character; assuming they would break the UK down by country).

And yes, I realize he's also not a main character.  I'd watch a Groundskeeper Willie spin-off show.

Either the mustache reminds them of Lukashenko, or respondents understood Cleveland to mean the US city, further confirming my Rust Belt/Eastern Europe comparison.
