A global poll conducted by WIN/Gallup International in 45 countries that aggregate 75% of the World Population shows that if the countries could vote in the US Presidential election, Hillary Clinton would win every country except Russia. The poll founds the 69% say that next POTUS will have a high or very high impact on their countries. And only 16% say that the next President should put America first and disregard global interests.

The poll was conducted between August and September 2016, in 45 countries and a total of 44,194 were polled. The margin of error is 3.5% with a confidence level of 95%

Top 3 countries where Hillary has a bigger edge over Trump:

1º Portugal: 80% Cheesy
2º Finland: 79%
3º South Korea: 79%

Top 3 countries where Hillary has a smaller edge over Trump:

1º Russia: -23%
2º China: 9%
3º Palestine: 22%

Does it also have anything to do with Portugal as the last country in "Western Europe" polled where there was a Fascist government in place, that was overthrown through a non-violent People Power movement back in 1974 during the Carnation Revolution?

I would imagine that as such a recent historical event, would still have major impact on the great people of Portugal when looking at extreme populist-nationalist type politicians worldwide, particularly in large countries within both Europe and the Americas.

Yes, it has an impact because, we don't like extreme politicians. For example, you mention the 1974 revolution and, as we were overthrowing a fascist regime, we also rejected, vehemently, a possible control by the communists. We don't like extreme policies or politics. It's something that across our history we have always rejected time after time.
