We honestly don't know how much Taylor's endorsement may have helped Bredesen in 2018. He definitely ran several points ahead of Generic Dem in the state, and absolutely cleaned up in the urban counties. It's just that TN is so red that it wasn't enough for to win.
If Swift's endorsement boosted Bredesen a couple points, then why couldn't her endorsement today as an even bigger star boost Biden a couple points in states that are actually competitive?
