Proof that theocratic right-wing Conservatives are in the minority and that if regular Americans actually turn out and vote we can win. Just a tiny bit of hope restored in my country today. Purple heart

I hope Meijer loses because I'd rather that seat be held by a Democrat and it would be easier for Scholten to be Gibbs in this environment.

Idk. I'm increasingly just Pro anything that will halt the increasingly authoritarian bent to the right in this country and harming their Supreme leaders ego, Drumpf, is probably the best way to do that.

I'm a Socialist ffs but when your Democracy is this close to collapse I'll put up with Republicans like Kinzinger, Meijer, Cheney, etc who at least aren't actively trying to bring down our Democratic institutions for their fascistic view of the world.

Well, suddenly I feel a lot less stupid for daring to say that maybe the reason you see polls like (as just one example) Whitmer +15 but Biden -20 in Michigan suggested that the reason for Biden's bad approvals had as much to do with poor progressive enthusiasm as they did with conservative backlash.

This. As a Left-Wing person who'd probably vote 'disapprove' if polled on Biden, I've always thought that polls should differentiate from which side people 'disapprove' of a President or politician.

Are Progressives the silent majority? Huzzah.

DCCC strategy might pay off anyway.

I legit just made a $10 donation to Scholten.

If we're gonna play with fire, then we damn well better bring it home this November.

Lake looks like she's pulling ahead in Arizona, so looks like I'm donating another few bucks to Hobbs in addition to the small donation I made to Scholten earlier. Make sure to put your money where your mouth is progressives, this election is life and death.
