West Virginia republicans are not attacking Ojeda for being on the government dole:

Of course, she fails to mention that said "government money" is a military pension earned after 4 tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. The West Virginia GOP has no idea what to do with Ojeda.

To be fair, she probably meant his Senate salary...but yeah, poorly thought out on her part, and it gives Ojeda a huge opening to attack them for attacking his military service; puts the state party on defense.

EDIT: and bingo:

That was amazing

And even me, an ardent ESS JAY DOUBLE-U loves that he used "defended America from radical Islamic terrorism."

He's gonna get 60% of the vote.

Nah, this one will be down to the wire, but he has a real chance of winning which is pretty remarkable.

Alright, looks like WV is still in the running for "Most incompetent state GOP"

Not really, Ojeda just won a twitter exchange (albeit in rather impressive fashion).
