We know Stormy got the $130,000 payment, so someone else had a 'sexual relationship' with Trump (rather than the 'sexual encounter' Stormy had) and got paid $150,000. Michael Avenatti says he’s talking to Trump’s legal team — and would testify for the ex-prez

Disgraced Stormy Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti has been in contact with former President Trump’s legal defense team and is ready and willing to testify against his former client, he told The Post in an interview from jail.

“The defense has contacted me,” Avenatti told The Post in a phone call from Terminal Island, a minimum-security federal prison in Los Angeles where he is currently serving a 19-year sentence for extortion, tax evasion, fraud, embezzlement and other federal crimes.

“I’d be more than happy to testify, I don’t know that I will be called to testify, but I have been in touch with Trump’s defense for the better part of year,” Avenatti said.

While Avenatti made his name as one of Trump’s most ferocious critics — and even publicly called for Trump’s indictment in 2018 — the defense attorney sang a different tune from the clink.

That would appear to cut against their planned strategy of attacking Cohen's credibility.

Trump is angrily staring at the jurors. What a beautiful thing for ordinary people to get to judge him, nobody is above the law.

So maybe this is a controversial opinion. But even though I agree with the verdict, I think it would be in the best interest of Biden to pressure Hochul into pardoning Trump. It would be a real opportunity for Biden express that he’s a president for all Americans- and it completely strips Trump of his martyrdom argument. We’re in a completely unprecedented moment in American history right now and it is an imperative that Biden take control of the narrative.

Jesus Christ. Why all the simping for two-tiered justice systems here? Seriously. The endless bootlicking for criminal politicians has become insufferable here. You hunch-backed weirdos all write this crap knowing full f#cking well that Joe Blow would be getting his ass rammed in prison right now if he committed one-tenth of the degree of crimes the likes of Nixon or Bush or Trump have committed.

Trump didn't get convicted just because Alvin Bragg wanted him to be. He had every opportunity to contest the legal and factual merits of the indictment-which a grand jury already approved.

This isn't the end of the process, but we can assume from this verdict that he actually did the crime. And Presidents who commit crimes should be charged and convicted.
